Day1 Arrival Day

When you are arriving at The Chinggis Khaan Airport, it is all optional that you can make a brief tour throughout the city- Ulaanbaatar. The places such as The Buddha garden, The National history museum, The Bogd King musuem and The Gandan Temple.  Enjoy art performance.

Day2 Ulaanbaatar-Khan Khentii National Park

In the morning, we drive to Khan Khentii Mountain National park. The native land of Chinggis Khaan contains many important historical and cultural sites. The park is a landscape of transition from Siberian taiga forest to grass steppe. Khan Khentii Mountain National Park is one of the Mongolian natural and historical treasures, declared by UNESCO as world heritage site. Khan is covered with forests, taiga, and mountain forest steppe. Overnight ger camp.

Day3 Khan Khentii National Park- Khukh Nuur

Today, we drive to a lake called Khukh Nuur. Khukh Nuur is the freshest water twin lake on the altitude of 1675 m over sea level. The surrounding areas of the lake are forest mountain which together form one of the most attractive places in Mongolia. Chinggis Khaan was worshiped here in 1189. Once here you can walk around exploring the river, natural landscape and wildlife – a great place for photos. Ovenight in tented camp.

Day4 Khukh Nuur- Baldan Bereeven Monastery  

Today we visit to The Baldan Bereeven Monastery. The Baldan Bereeven Monestary was founded in 1654 by the lama Tsevendorj with an initial monastic community of around 1500 lamas. The Monastery was initially modeled after Drepung Monasteries in Tibet and India. Although the original temple complex was demolished during the Stalinist purges of the late 1930s, today three temples have been restored and grounds include the remains of nearly 50 temples, stupas and other religious edifices. Ovenight in tented camp.

Day5  Baldan Bereeven Monastery- Rashaan Khad

In the morning, we drive to the place called Rashaan Khad. Archeologists signify this complex, which belongs to the period between Stone Age and the 16^th century, as an important representative of memorials in eastern Mongolia. Surrounding area is full of cave paintings, various kinds of inscriptions, stone tools and graves of the Bronze age, the Iron age as well as the Hun period. Besides them, there are also historical memorials belong to the Bronze age, the Khitan period and the Mongol Empire. On this cave there are stencil paintings of games and a human figure, hundreds of seal imprints of tribes and over 20 inscriptions in Khitan, Arabian, Persian,Tibetan, Chinese as well as Mongolian script. Ovenight in tented camp.

Day6 Rashaan Khad- Uglugchiin kherem

Today’s plan is to visit Uglugchiin Kherem, where the Great Khan was living for some time. This area has a number of ancient graves and stone monuments. An experimental excavation will be held. In the afternoon try out horse riding and visit a nomad family to discover their way of life, their culture and traditions. Stay overnight in ger camp.

Day7 Uglugchiin kherem- Deluun Boldog

In the early morning, we are driving to Deluun boldog - Birthplace of Chinggis khaan who was selected as the ‘Man of millennium’ of the world was born in 1162 in Dadal sum. Stay overnight in ger camp.

Day8 Deluun Boldog- Huduu Aral

Today’s destination is called “Huduu Aral”. This place is historically important place where Ikh Khuraldai used to take place and Ugudei, Munkh, Yesuntumur khans were enthroned as a king. Stay overnight in ger camp.

Day9  Huduu Aral- Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast in ger camp, we are driving back to Ulaanbaatar city. Overnight in hotel.

Day10 Departure day

We pick you up from your hotel, drive you to the airport.
